Glad you are feeling better. I know it's hard to see your son going off to college, but this is also a new beginning for him as well. I'm sure he is very excited about starting a new phrase in his life. It will get better.

On sewing and crocheting - beautiful as always. You'll had some very nice pieces inspite of the flu.

God bless,
C

Your garments are gorgeous and I'm glad you're better. But I really want to say that I so much empathize with you about your son going off to college. I had a very hard time with it last year. My son is just finishing his freshman year. It was a very, very big adjustment for me. From the selection process, through orientation (he and I stayed overnight two nights, in separate dorms!) to the first semester. I cried (but not in front of him, or my daughter.) I was sad. It was weird. I didnt' know how much to talk to him online even though I was just dying to know every little thing he was doing. I even thought he didnt' love me anymore b/c he wasnt' telling me as much online as I'd like. then, when I'd drive him back to school after a weekend or something, it'd kill me to see him walk away and I'd have a terrible ride home. But now I've adjusted and you will too. the best thing, and the thing that made the whole thing worth it, is that he's really happy there. But it *is* a big thing, so don't be hard on yourself. Especially if he's your oldest. I'll be thinking of you...
