I had no problems making this outfit, it came out looking just like the pattern. This is something I would make again.
I have a question.Have you ever went to a store and the people in the store didn't want to help you?I went to Walmart to take my son to get some school supplies.Whenever I go to Walmart I always go see if they have any nice fabric on their clearance rack.So while I was looking, the sales lady was on the other side of the fabric rack.I found the fabric I used to make this outfit on the rack and was so happy I knew what I was going to make with it.So I go to the cutting table and wait for the sales lady, she acted like she didn't see me there. So I went to get her,I was a little upset, but I didn't show it.My son whispered in my ear Mama she act like she don't want to help you.I said maybe she had a bad day.Now the fabric was a 1.00 a yard.I told her I want 5 yards of the navy fabric and two yards of the other fabric. She started flinging my fabric off the board and she folded it any kind of way.I didn't say thing I just took my fabric and receipt and went to pay for my things.Long story somewhat short I got home and she made a mistake and charge me 2.00 for all that fabric!!:) :) :) :)That was a great day!!!!
Well thats it for me!!Happy crafting!!

Very nice!!! Hey, email me. I've been trying to email you and they ahve been bouncing back.
Very cute outfit! I love the boots!
thank you for stopping by !!!!
That's a beautiful outfit! I especially like the top.
Lovinnnn' that suit & top... perfect color. Will be adding that pattern to my pattern list. That was a fantastic price for the fabric.
I love the outfit! Looks great together. I've had the same type of experience - I don't understand why people can't just be nice! Great that it turned in your favor in the end.
Karla
I love the suit and the color. That is karma at its finest.
Gold, loving the outfit! Blue is your color. LOL at that grumpy Wal-Mart person. God was looking out for you!
I wish I could sew like this! What a gift. Thank you so much for your visit. If you do the project let me know. I would love to see pictures.

Great outfit!! It really does flatter you! :o)
Great suit and the boots are too cute. That's what miss smarty pants get trying to be mean.
That is a slamming suit! Fantastic job as always.
Gold - what a cute outfit! It looks fantastic on you. Sounds like the clerk was having a very bad day and it was Wal-Marts that she was made at and not you...$2 for 5 yards of fabric...yeah that was a Wal-Marts moment!
I see you back to sewing very cute, I love it. Love the navy blue so cute. :)

ohhh you go girl. I LOVE how the jacket wraps with a tie. (those boots are cute too LOL).
Chic, oh so chic. Your store incident has happened to me many times. I can't understand why people choose jobs that aren't right for them. The good thing is; you had a happy ending.
You did a fantastic job on the suit, and you wear it well.
Fits like a charm!!
